Question: How my medication will be packed? Will I have to sign for the shipment?
Answer: To protect your privacy we ship medications in discrete envelopes, which are left in your mail box.  If the order is being shipped via Standard Mail – you won’t have to sign for it.

Question: Is my order being shipped the same day I place the order?
Answer: All the medications are prepared for immediate shipping, however, we check shipping details and give our clients 24 hours to check once again their order and if they have sudden necessity – to cancel the order.

Question: What shipping options do I have?
Answer: We are offering the following delivery options:
- Express Shipping: 5 – 10 Business Days.
- International Airmail: 10 – 15 Business Days.

Question: Will I be able to track my order?
Answer: Yes. Whatever shipping option you choose, you will be able to track the package using the assigned tracking number.
