REFUND POLICY
Gratis reshipping or immediate refund is guaranteed in case:
-The received medication differs from the one you ordered;
- Package or product is ruined or crashed;
-Client does not like the product he received.

In case one of the above mentioned conditions occurs, client must notify customer service by e-mail about the problem in 10 days period of time and wait for the instructions on how to return the product and receive either refund or reshipping. In case the customer has not received the ordered item, he must inform customer service of 100drugs.com about that. Customer support will start a 5 days investigation on determining the current location of the package. Usually in such situation 2 variants are offered:
