TERMS OF USE
1. Products
Medication are made and sent out from various states. If the needed drug is currently out of stock, Customer receives full refund of his funds.
2. Delivery
Delivery is available via International Airmail or Express Mail Service. Customer will have to sign for the package at its arrival. If you did not receive medication in the certain period of time – please contact us by e-mail mentioning. In case client is unaware of his/her order ID, he/she must provide his/her full name, approximate or exact date of placing the order and e-mail.
3. Delivery time
Drugs are shipped in the majority of countries. Currently, we provide the following shipping options:
- Express Shipping: 5 – 10 Business Days.
- International Airmail: 10 – 15 Business Days.
Sometimes, there may occur delays, but such situations happen extremely rare, nevertheless if you notice that your delivery is delayed please let us know, so that we can hold the investigation and find out the reason of the delay. Delivery time depends on the country you live in.
4. Shipping info
All orders are shipped in 24-48 hours after acceptance (excluding weekends and holidays). In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels can be shipped at a rate of 1-3 days. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. The time between the first and the last parcel delivery is in average of 5 - 10 Business Days.
5. Orders
After placing the order Customer’s Credit Card is being charged and a confirmation e-mail with all payment details is being sent out (Please make sure your e-mail filter allows mail from support@100drugs.com. To ensure proper delivery of our emails, please add support@100drugs.com to your address book, trusted sender list or company white list). Orders are being shipped in 24 to give the Customer an opportunity to change, update or cancel his/her order. If you want to change or cancel your order - you must instantly send us an e-mail with the request. You must include ID, full name of the Customer and E-mail.
We recommend printing out the copy of the order confirmation and saving it for the records.
First-time customer must not purchase for more than $300.
6. Return policy
In case you observe package damage please let us know as soon as possible via support e-mail and we will provide instructions on how to return the package and receive either reshipping or refund of your funds. We ask our clients to return the incorrect or damaged order in 10 days.
Although we do correct our mistakes – you need to be very sure that you placed an order exactly for what you ordered, because we don’t carry responsibility for the client’s mistakes.
7. Refunds
Free reshipping of the order or 100% money back is guaranteed if:
- Package contains medications that you didn’t order.
- Package is damaged
- Customer is not satisfied with the received product, by any other reason.
If such situation occurs Customer must contact us within 10 days period after receiving the order and to receive further instructions on how to proceed further. In case if the inaccuracy in order or shipping details was made by the customer, he bears all the postal expenses on returning the order.
If the order is not delivered within the correspondent time, the customer must contact us by email. We immediately begin an internal investigation regarding the problem and if the customer does not receive the order within 5 days, we are offering the following variants of solving the problem:
- We immediately reship the similar order, on the equal sum.
- We refund the money.

You confirm that you understand and agree all the terms and conditions by accepting them.
10. User Agreement:
a. User must understand that drugs are being sold for personal use and not for resellers.
b. Information on the contents of the package will be shown on the package.

d. Client must let us know if he has any problems with the order, prior to disputing the transaction with your credit card issuer (bank).
